Each Thursday NCF gives out food parcels to 80-100 families that have very little or no source of income. These people come every other week and collect a packet of food that might last the two weeks before they can come receive again. These 160-200 families are in really difficult situations.
Our desire is to not only help and provide the basic need of food but also to impart knowledge and skills. This month we started the Poverty Alleviation entrepreneurship training with half of the group, and next month group 2 will start the course. It’s been a great start and we are excited to see what seeds God is planting in hearts and minds.
